英國買樓日記:保養篇—防水膠邊

買了自己的屋,當然要好好保養,不單住得開心,也可以減少之後維修保養的時間和金錢

其中一項重要保養項目, 是為每一個大機會有液體流入的地方做好防水
例如廚房,洗手間


安裝好廁所的櫃後,便要加上防水膠邊
雖然英國的洗手間,甚至浴室,地下都無去水位,
不過拖地,洗廁所都不想有水,或者塵走到櫃底,都係加返條防水膠邊好d
清潔又容易d
而且,有種東西叫意外
剛搬到新家不久,廚房就發生意外
哥哥整野飲時,整個杯底甩底
全杯飲品倒在地下之餘,還有在雪櫃和洗衣機底
雪櫃還好,因為在角落,推出來抺比較容易
洗衣機是塞在廚櫃的凹位,空間只足夠洗衣機
老公花了九牛二虎之力
拉出來抺完又推回去
完成後,洗衣機和洗碗碟機都加裝了防水膠邊
萬一有意外,都不會流入機底
一開始找洗手間的櫃
老公是想找有4隻腳那種
方便清潔
但看中的款式都只是普通座地,沒有腳
老公有想過自己加腳
好似Raditor cover 那樣
但Raditor cover 不會放什麼東西
座地櫃都大座,擔心不夠穩固
最後決定加防水膠邊就算
有呢條邊擋住,應該都夠安全
而且膠紙是貼在地上及櫃上,
L 形貼住,有水有塵都會擋晒
之後大不了整條換過
今次搬家,
找了很多新奇東西來保養間屋
主要是想節省清潔時間,唔想污糟後先處理

防水膠邊安裝方法:

1。 首先要清潔乾淨,把雙面納米貼 (Double Sided Nano Tape) 貼在地上和櫃邊, 盡量成L 形, 這種納米貼不會傷害傢私或地板表面, 一撕就甩, 痴力不強, 但用來貼防水膠邊剛剛好


2. 把雙層納米貼的保護層撕掉, 小心, 因為納米貼的膠很軟, 太大力會拉長, 變形


3. 小心把防水膠邊貼著納米貼, 多餘部份可以輕易剪走


4. 把每邊都貼好便完成
