超簡單肉醬意粉

肉醬意粉, 平常不過的食物

偶爾, 哥哥會想食, 反正, 家中常備材料, 簡單方便

尤其冬天的時候, 簡單的一餐, 快快食完回房暖下更好

材料:

Pasta, 普通 Spaghetti 或任何意粉也可以
免治牛肉 (豬肉碎也可以, 不過我覺得用牛比較香, 選12% FAT 更好味)
蕃茄 2-3 個
洋蔥1個
意粉醬一罐

做法:

免治牛肉先用糖, 豉油, 生粉醃一會 (通常買回來的是500G, 醃好後, 可以分2-3 之食, 每份入密實袋再放冰櫃, 盡量壓平及把空氣擠走)
煮意粉, 按包裝指示, 通常11分鐘左右
洋蔥切碎
蕃茄切粒
先2邊煎香碎牛肉, 再把肉碎打散, 這樣更能好好地鎖住肉汁
加入洋蔥, 蕃茄粒
加入意粉醬, 加糖, 鹽, 胡椒粉調味 (試過不同牌子的意粉醬, 總覺得味道太酸, 我會自己再調味)
加入意粉
完成後, 可以灑上一點芝士粉

蕃茄辣肉腸青口意粉

英國食海鮮之中, 青口應該是最易買, 最抵食

無論是新鮮的青口, 還已調好味的即口青口也很方便

最初的時候, 我通常買超級巿場已煮好的青口, 放熱水浸熱就食得, 非常方便

後來有一次, 哥哥說自己煮青口,

我便在超級巿場的魚檔買了新鮮的青口, 煮完一次之後, 再沒有買過超巿的 Ready Meal 青口了

蕃茄辣肉腸青口意粉

材料:

青口
辣肉腸(chorizo)
罐裝蕃茄 1罐
車厘茄 1 包
洋蔥 1個
煙肉
意粉

調味料

月桂葉 2片
茄膏 2茶匙
檸檬汁 1茶匙
蕃茜 ( Curly Parsley) 2棵
鹽、黑胡椒適量

做法

青口先洗刷一下
煮意粉
先炒煙肉, 辣肉腸 (購買己切粒辣肉腸更方便)
加入洋蔥粒
加入罐裝蕃茄、清水、月桂葉和茄膏
煮滾後放入車厘茄
放青口, 合蓋至青口開口 (幾分鐘便OK),
加入鹽、黑胡椒及切碎蕃茜調味, 夾起
夾起青口後, 加入意粉, 待煲內的醬汁再滾起便可以夾起意粉, 再放上青口便完成

TopCashback : 如何確保可以收到回贈

TopCashback 介紹過不少次, 玩法大家應該好清楚了吧?

首先, TopCashback 如何得知你有經他們網頁去其他RETAIL 呢? 就是靠Cookie, 當你由TopCashback 再去其他Retail 網頁時, TopCashback 會有記錄,

當你付款前, 請看看TopCashback 網頁, Your Earnings 這頁, 有沒有你的導向記錄

如果沒有, TopCashback 就不會知道你由TopCashback 網頁轉去Retail 網頁, 當然也就不會發放Cashback 給你

另外, 很重要的一點, TopCashback 是靠追蹤你連去哪一個網頁, 有沒有成功CONFIRM ORDER 去發放Cashback

如果TopCashback 不知道你有成功付款, 當然不會發於Cashback 給你

所以, 若你由TopCashback 連去其他網頁後, 要一直在這個網頁完成訂單及付款

例如, 你由TopCashback 連去 Lego.com

但Lego.Com 有很多不同玩具, 你又開了幾個分頁去選玩具, 最後, 你在隨便一個分頁下單及付款, 而這個分頁, 並不是你最初由TopCashback 連去的哪一個

這個情況下, TopCashback 只知道你有經他們去Lego.com, 但他們沒有你下單記錄, 因為那個Lego.com 分頁, 並不是你下單那個

這就是很多人明明用TopCashabck 卻沒有收到Cashback 的其中一個原因

還有, TopCashback 內, 在你連去其他Retail 時會有條款, 請仔細看清楚什麼情況下不會發放Cashback

其中一個原因, 是Cashback 和其他公的購物優惠Overlap 了

如你用了Giftcard (某些公司用Giftcard 付款就沒有Cashback, 因為覺得是雙重優惠)

所以, 仔細看條款很重要

如果這一頁有記錄, 但付款後仍然沒有找到回贈, 怎麽辦呢?

在TopCashback 網頁的 Customer Service 可以追回Missing Cashback,

留意, 一般不會即日看到Cashback 資料, 所以網頁意見7日後仍未見才提出

另外, 不同的網站, 發放的Cashback 時間也有很大差異

如購買GiftCard, 因為即付款即便用, Cashback 是即日可以收到

如購物網頁, 通常會等整個訂單完成, 甚至是超過可REFUND 日子才會發放, 確保你真的有完成整個購物程序

如果是合約式, 或保險, 要等待的時間更長, 隨時要等3-4 個月

這些資料及條款, 但TopCashback 的網頁有列出來, 在付款前可以先留意一下
