若是用BNO VISA, 可以在永取批出後12個月後申請入籍 (但沒限期, 什麼時候申請也可以, 但未入籍前, 若以永居身份離開英國太長時間, 有機會失去永居資格)
若你的配偶本身是英籍, 如居英權二代, 或以前一早移民的
在永居批出後, 立即便可以申請入籍
入籍成功, 取得入籍紙之後, 便可以申請護照
申請護照, 有2個方法, 上網申請, 或去郵局申請
若是上網申請, 可以用以下呢條LINK
上網申請, 大人需要先準傭以下文件
- a digital photo
- someone who can confirm your identity
- supporting documents
- a credit or debit card
It costs £82.50.
需要什麼Supporting Documents 呢? 如下:
You have a certificate of naturalisation or registration
You’ll need both:
- your naturalisation or registration certificate
- the passport you used to come into the UK or the foreign passport you’re included on
無論你的入籍紙係 Naturalisation 或 Registration, 申請程序都一樣
要有
- 入籍紙
- 申請來英國的護照
- 相片
- 需要有人證明你的身份
小朋友需要以下文件:
- the child’s full birth or adoption certificate (the one with parent’s details on it)
- proof that your child has British nationality (for example a British registration certificate, parent’s passport details or parent’s birth certificates)
- any valid passports from a different country belonging to the child
- any court orders relating to the child (for example, that describe parental responsibility or residency arrangements)

若你是打算去郵局申請, 需要以下文件
To apply with a paper form you’ll need:
- a filled-in application form
- 2 identical printed passport photos
- someone who can confirm your identity (a ‘countersignatory’)
- supporting documents

無論用哪種方法, 都要把入籍紙, 護照寄去
當你填左 "someone who can confirm your identity" 的聯絡資料後 (),
對方就會收到通知答問題
若是ONLINE 申請, 幾乎即時就收到通知
請事前通知你的朋友, 因為對方答問題時, 有機會會問你個人資料
所以最好是你和對方都空閒時, 邊聯絡邊答,
好似其中一題是幾時出世之類

如果你有朋友是開公司, 其實己合資料, 若已在英國住滿5年,應該不難找
申請完, 寄出後, 就等護照了
正般應該先寄回Supporting Document, 之後先收到護照

若郵局職員知是寄護照, 好多時都會提你用
即寄去, 及退回文件都是用掛號, 比較放心
